AZ/88 opened its doors March, 1988. Inspired by the good food, drink, conversation, and warmth of family gatherings, Karl Kopp determined to create a bar and restaurant that would be so distinctive in its quality and style as to become a Scottsdale landmark. Their patio is adorned with french fry like overhead lighting, white panton chairs, and a truly original glass fence. The indoor artwork is ever-changing, making dining there a novel experience even to their most loyal customers. Not to mention, the food is sensational.
